Cancellation, Shipping & Returns Policy
We will cancel/refund your order at any point as long as it has not officially "shipped" (picked up by the Carrier). Any instances where the order has officially shipped, we will treat this order as a Return and will fall under our Return Policy.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Anything after 30 days will be at the full discretion of Luxor Outlet, including a restocking fee of up to 15%.
We ARE NOT responsible for any return shipping charges for any "Buyer Remorse" returns, which means, if the customer changes their mind, doesn't like the color/finish, does not need it any longer, accidentally purchased, found a better price, etc. We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error.
If you are returning an item and claiming the item is defective or damaged, we might require photographic proof of the unit in order to begin the returns/exchange process (the items chosen requiring photographic images is at the sole discretion of Luxor Outlet and is determined on a "case-by-case" basis.). This is necessary to expedite any service, especially replacements, as we can have items drop shipped from the manufacturer if the item is no longer in stock, which allows our customers to receive their units quicker than usual.
If the return reason is "Inaccurate Website Description", we will ONLY provide return labels for customers who inform us of the inaccuracies on the product page. Keeping our product information correct and up-to-date, is important to us. This method ensures that we correct the issues on each instance and prevents future misrepresentation.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). We are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged/defective, or an incorrect item. Exchanging and item that was incorrectly purchased is at the full discretion of Luxor Outlet.
In any circumstance listed above or similar, all such cases must be reported within 10 days of delivery, otherwise, the sale is final and we will be unable to issue any returns/exchanges.
We also cannot accept returns/exchanges for certain items under any circumstances, including:
• Consumable products including: Inks, Toners and Media.
• Any item that is returned after more than 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Any "Final Sale" items as marked on the Product's Description page.
Returning a gift? If you received your item(s) from Luxor Outlet Online Store as a gift from your friend/relative, please have the gift giver contact us to arrange the appropriate return/exchange.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship all orders within 2 business days (international orders require an extra 2-4 days to process).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We reserve the right to switch carriers (ie. from UPS to FedEx) and upgrade your shipment (never downgrade) at our sole discretion.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All promotions featuring free shipping are only valid within the United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders. Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories are charged with Luxor Essential international shipping and handling charges.
All LTL/Freight shipments will be shipped by the Freight Carrier of our choice and are "Curbside Delivery", meaning that the driver will not carry or bring any items into your home. Drivers will not provide moving services. The driver is solely responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of your item(s) from location to location. Please make sure you have help available during your delivery appointment.
Delivery appointments are scheduled by the Carrier. We MUST have your phone number in order to provide the Carrier with the ability to contact our customers and set up the delivery appointments. Delivery appointments are usually scheduled within a "Window" of time. If the Carrier cannot establish a delivery time or cannot get a hold of the receipient, the freight will be returned to sender and the customer will be fully refunded, minus the restocking fee and freight cost (we will deduct our true freight cost if the item was sold with FREE shipping).
While carriers make every attempt to prevent freight loss and damages, damages and loss unfortunately do sometimes occur. When your freight is delivered, carefully inspect the outside of the packaging BEFORE accepting/sighing for the product. It is important to clearly indicate if there is any visible damage to the packaging or items on the delivery paperwork. Carriers usually do not honor concealed damage claims so it is crucial to clearly indicate any visible damage to the packaging or items on the delivery paperwork.
If for any reason the shipment is refused by the consignee/recipient other than the product being damaged, broken, etc., the freight will be returned back to us and the freight will be returned to sender and the customer will be fully refunded, minus the restocking fee and freight cost (we will deduct our true freight cost if the item was sold with FREE shipping).
